Size Fluctuations: Wood naturally swells or shrinks with changes in moisture and temperature, which may cause minor variation in length or diameter.
Installation Advice: Stakes may break at weak points such as knots during installation. To keep your project on track, we recommend ordering 10–20% extra stakes.

Delivery Information: Orders of 50 stakes or more are shipped on a pallet.
At 1.8m, these stakes are classed as oversized and cannot be tail-lifted.
Buyers are responsible for arranging offload on-site, either with a forklift or by hand.
Lack of offload provisions may delay delivery and incur additional charges.

Returns Policy: Due to the natural characteristics of timber, we do not accept returns for stakes with knots, cracks, or slight dimensional changes.
