Natural Variations: Knots and Cracks: These are naturally occurring features in timber and do not affect the stake’s performance. As wood dries and ages, cracks may form due to environmental conditions.

Wood Movement: Wooden stakes will naturally expand and contract based on moisture levels and temperature changes, which may cause slight variations in size.
Installation Advice: Be mindful that when hammering stakes into the ground, breaks may occur at knots or cracks. Order 10–20% more than you think you’ll need to cover for potential breakages during installation.

Delivery Information: Orders of 50 stakes or more will be delivered on a pallet.
Oversized Stakes (2.1m): These stakes are too large for tail-lift delivery. They will require offloading at the delivery site, either using a forklift or manual handling.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange offloading. If offloading is not available, the delivery may be delayed, and re-delivery fees may apply.

Returns Policy: Knots, cracks, and size variations are natural characteristics of wood and are not considered defects. Therefore, no returns or replacements will be accepted for stakes with such features.
