The Mastic Tape 10m Roll is a double-sided, self-adhesive butyl sealing tape designed for bonding waterfall liners, pond liners, and membranes in pond and water feature construction. At 5mm thick and 50mm wide, this flexible butyl-based tape creates a watertight bond when applied between two clean, dry surfaces.
It is particularly useful for joining overlapping EPDM or Butyl pond liners, attaching waterfall spillways, or performing minor patch repairs. Mastic Tape is easy to handle and can be applied using a hand roller for strong adhesion and long-term reliability. It remains pliable to accommodate movement and slight settlement over time.

Note: This tape is not recommended for use under static water pressure, such as submerged permanent joins or deep pond bases.

Application Guidance
Ensure both surfaces are clean, dry, and free from debris or dust.
Lay the liner flat and align the joining area.
Peel back the release film from one side of the mastic tape.
Place the tape between the two materials to be bonded.
Use a roller or firm pressure to ensure a complete bond.
For best results, apply in warm, dry conditions and avoid submersion.
